How is shipping calculated?
Shipping is calculated based on weight of total items ordered and the final destination of the package. We ship worlwide
Returns & Refunds
Items must be in their original packaging and unused, 20% restocking fee will be charged for all returned items upon acceptance. If items were mounted or taken out of original packaging refunds will be calculated at our discretion.
How do I order a complete build
Completes are available, we suggest that you contact us via email or by phone to discuss the specifics for the build as completes are built according to intended use of the bike and total budget.
How do I get a custom color that is not shown?
We offer a wide range of custom colors and finishes that are not shown here, you can contact us via email or phone to further discuss your desired color, finish and to get pricing with approximate time to execute the job.
How and when can I cancel an order
Orders are usually shipped within 24hrs after processing payment, if you would like to cancel an order it must be done before the item(s) are shipped, it is not possible once they are shipped. You are strongly advised to contact us within the 24hrs before the item is shipped.
How do I become a dealer?
As of now our frame sets and products are only offered here, in the near furure we will be looking for dealers worlwide and will be working with shops in many areas, please feel free to drop an email or call if you're interested in carrying our products.
